Our barrels and critical receiver parts begin as ultra-tough steel alloys, shaped through advanced closed-die radial forging. This high-pressure process aligns the metal’s natural grain flow, maximizing structural strength and heat resistance.To achieve optimal balance and weight reduction without sacrificing durability, our lightweight receivers are machined from premium aircraft-grade aluminum alloys. These components are finished with Mil-Spec anodizing to create a deeply hardened, scratch-resistant, oxide-sealed surface. Furthermore, our bores feature a hard-chrome lining, providing a mirror-smooth interior that minimizes friction, resists corrosion, and simplifies maintenance.

We eliminate variance through automated perfection. Our production facility utilizes state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC machining, milling internal components to sub-micron tolerances. For external protection, Calibrex firearms are shielded with premium Cerakote matrix coatings or high-durability black chrome, creating an impenetrable barrier against moisture, salt, and harsh field environments.

We manufacture parts and final products such as 9 mm handguns, 9mm MP5, 5.56 mm
AR-15 and 7.62 mm rifles and grenades and gas launchers for the Defense Industry.
Almost all of the parts required for the production of firearms belong to our own company. As a leading defense industry manufacturer, we are building our state-of-the-art production facility on an area of 10,000 m2 area to meet the needs of the international defense market for the purposes of increasing our improvement. Our mission, as BRG Defense, is to be responsible with our reliable and dynamic corporate image that is open for improvement and manufactures weapons developed for the defense industry together with our competent, trained and professional employees. BRG pistols are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship.

Under normal use conditions, the barrel is rated for approximately 100,000 rounds and major components for approximately 25,000 rounds. Normal wear, misuse, reload ammunition damage and modifications are excluded.
